Cece's (she/her) practice emphasizes a multidisciplinary approach, intentionally breaking down categories and artificial borders to engage emotionally with people as a means to address social issues. She double majors in Politics and Integrated Design at Parsons, using her two spheres of focus with artistic practice and research to tell stories that address social issues through illustration, photography, painting, and more. She grew up going to a Waldorf school in L.A. which was a very unique experience in her childhood and continues to be a source of influence today along with her years of childcare experience. Recently, Cece's work has centered around immigration, childcare, and access to reproductive health services.
